What are your products made from?
We use high-quality paracord and hardware selected for strength and daily wear.
Paracord is lightweight but strong, resistant to fraying, and comfortable to carry.
Each piece is hand-knotted in small batches.
Are your items handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade by us.
Because of this, slight variations may occur. That’s part of the charm and proof that it wasn’t mass-produced somewhere anonymous.
Can I customise my order?
Yes, for selected products.
You can:
• Choose colour combinations
• Select charm variations (when available)
Custom pieces may take slightly longer to dispatch.

How long will my order take?
In-stock items: 2–4 working days to dispatch.
Custom items: 5–10 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is shipped.
If you need something urgently, message us before purchasing.
How do I care for my Loopy piece?
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water
• Spot clean with mild soap
• Air dry completely
Paracord is durable, but good care keeps it looking sharp.
Do you ship internationally?
For a flat rate, we ship to Malaysia and Australia. The shipping cost will be shown when you check out. If you are outside of these areas, just slide into our DMs and we can chat about how we can get them to you
How much is shipping?
Local tracked letterbox shipping is a flat fee of $3.50 SGD
How can I track my order?
The parcel will have a tracking number on it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each item is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.If there is a defect or issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We’ll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Our Loopy Knots team inspects every item with our eyes before it leaves the studio. But if a sneaky flaw escapes, just slide into our Instagram DMs with your order number and photos, we’ll fix it faster than a cat chasing a yarn ball
